Certified Business Resilience Professional Mr. Dutcher is a consultant and instructor and currently teaches classes
in Business Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Records Management at Ocean County College, New Jersey.
He also has over 24 years of corporate and military project, data recovery, disaster recovery, business resilience,
business continuity and records management experience. He is Six-Sigma trained and is a Certified Data Protection
Specialist.

Consultant
Bill Strickland specializes in project management regarding Business Resilience and Records Management.
He brings 15 years of corporate project management experience to his consulting, providing a rich store of first hand knowledge
from which to draw. He is ISO 9000 certified and is currently pursuing his Certified Business Resilience Professional
Certification. He is also a Certified Data Protection Specialist.
